Payment is required at time of registration. Sessions are confirmed once payment is received. Ongoing packages must remain current to continue scheduling. Expired or unpaid balances may result in paused training services.
Cancellations
A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required for all cancellations or rescheduling. Sessions cancelled within 24 hours will be charged in full. This policy applies to all private and virtual sessions.
No-Show Policy
Failure to attend a scheduled session without notice will result in the session being forfeited and charged in full.
Late Arrival Policy
Clients arriving late will receive the remaining scheduled session time. Sessions will end at the originally scheduled time to respect the next appointment.
Package Expiration
Training Packages are valid for a specific amount of time agreed upon at purchase. Unused sessions beyond the expiration period will be forfeited unless prior arrangements have been made.
